We appreciate your interest! Application is made online. Below are the steps to guide you through the process.
STEP 1: Fill out and submit the Online Application Form. This will be reviewed by the SDC Office together with the other documents you submitted. And wait for the SMS/email confirmation if you are eligible to pay the testing fee.
STEP 2: Pay the testing fee amounting to PHP200.00 to the school cashier or through the following payment channels:
STEP 3: Wait for the SMS/email notification of your scheduled exam and interview and submit all the required documents to the SDC Personnel.
STEP 4: After exam and interview pay the reservation fee amounting to PHP 300.00 to the school cashier or through the following payment channel.
